The staff was very helpful even after contacting them multiple times with questions. I ordered Belgian blocks and marble chips to be delivered to my residence. Everything arrived in good order as expected. The delivery process was seamless. I would definitely recommend their products and service.

LMI is a great company to do business with. They have a great selection of products and their prices are better than most other landscape supply stores in the area (and I've done the research) but what impressed me most and the reason for my review today was thier customer service! It was awesome! As a first time home owner I'm totally a novice when it comes to landscape supply and they made me feel totally at home and were very helpful. Liz helped me not only on the phone but when i came in she treated me like family. Even Doug (who is the owner) went out of his way and I'm sure he was busy but he helped me anyway. He answered my questions and showed me ideas that I hadn't thought about. Liz and Doug were great and I highly recommend LMI for all your landscape needs!

Purchased some screened top soil and had it delivered on Sat morning. It was exactly as expected, the soil quality was good, and it worked well to enhance the look of my backyard and plant some trees.

I come to LMI very frequently. At least 3 days out of the week but normally more. Service is always awesome, and delivery fees are more than fair. Purchased some bulk 3/4 inch clean stone. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I'll be returning for more stone shortly and will be buying bulk mulch in the spring. P.S. the price was very good as well.

Support your local businesses! These guys are very quick and easy to work with and their prices are far better than Home Depot or Lowes if you want bulk landscaping materials.

I called yesterday right before they closed to order stone for my driveway that had washed away. Joel said he would try to get the stone to us today providing the roads weren't closed. They called early this morning to say the driver was on his way. Dave, the driver, was very attentive and knew what I needed to have done and spread the stone as much as possible in and around the hole. He kept getting out of his truck to make sure he was in the right spot. They took their time and did an excellent job. I highly recommend Landscape Materials. They are incredibly customer focused.

This past summer I decided to redo my back patio. While researching what was involved, I couldn't help but feel incredibly overwhelmed. Not only was I nervous about the amount of work I was about to take on, but by also the correct lingo when asking about the many materials I would need.

When researching stone centers, the first place that popped up was Landscape Materials. I reached out via phone and spoke to Frank. During the first 30 seconds of our conversation all my concerns went out the window. He made the whole experience extremely easy for me and I can't thank him enough.

Frank was not the only employee at LM that went above and beyond for me. Kim even went out of her way and provided me with local rental centers and prices for some of the equipment I would need. For this I was incredibly grateful.

I also can't forget the driver (Kenny I believe), who was very personable during his many deliveries to my house.

At the end of it all, my patio installation was a huge success and I owe a huge part of that to the great people over at Landscape Materials.
